COMMISSION INFORMATION

A limited number of commission spots are open each month. Commissions are first come first serve. Once your spot is finalized, please allow a 12-14 week lead time for completion.

HOW IT WORKS:

 

  1. CONTACT ME via email ryanrobinsonart3@gmail.com OR send me a message on Instagram @ryanrobinson.art

  2. Choose your preferred canvas size(s) and orientation. If you don’t know what size you want, I’m more than happy to offer suggestions based on the space we’re working with. Pricing is based off the size your piece + any extra materials used, such as LED lights.

  3. Tell me the colors and/or mediums you would like to incorporate.

  4. Send me images or direct links of my past work for composition direction.

  5. Once the details of your piece are finalized, I will send you a commission agreement form to be signed, along with a non-refundable 50% deposit that required and to be made up-front to hold your spot.

  6. Once the deposit is received, I will begin work on your piece, sending you updates along the way to make sure you’re loving it and it’s looking good.

  7. Once your piece is complete, I’ll send you a final image to make sure it’s perfect and I will make any changes if needed.

  8. I will then send you the final invoice for the remaining 50% + shipping fee and once the final payment has been made I will seal your piece and send it off.

  9. Please send me pictures of your piece in it’s new home. I would love to see!
